Other reports circulating that Apple has filed over altered images in the European case against Samsung. Formerly the German courts, is now in the Netherlands, and this time the image of a galaxy combined S reduced the size of an iPhone.
Galaxy S measures 122.4 x 64.2 mm, the iPhone 3G is 115.5 x 62.1 mm, or about 6% less. However, the photograph sent to the Hague devices seem to be the same size. This is serious stuff, like Apple tries to get the EU to prohibit the sale of Galaxy S in all the countries concerned
